This policy explains how SheetSense handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data you upload

Spreadsheets are processed in-memory to produce your analysis. On the free tier we do not persist uploaded file contents after your session. Paid features such as scheduled re-runs store only what is required to run them, and you can delete this at any time.

What we collect

• Account details you provide (email) for paid plans.
• Anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, feature usage) — no cross-site tracking.
• Billing metadata handled by our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe); we never store card numbers.

Your rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent and close your account.
• Request export of your data.

Retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical safeguards. Daily encrypted backups are kept for disaster recovery.
