These terms govern your use of SheetSense (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SheetSense analyzes spreadsheet data you upload and returns statistical predictions and explanations. Outputs are estimates for decision support only and are not guarantees of any business outcome.

2. Your data & acceptable use

• You must have the right to upload any data you submit.
• Do not upload unlawful content or personal data you are not authorised to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

3. Plans & billing

Free and paid tiers are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are shown at checkout.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made using its outputs.

5. Changes
