Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with SheetSense. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans.

Cancellation

You can cancel any paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if unsatisfied.
• Renewals are refundable within 48 hours of the charge if the plan was unused in that period.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to request

Email hello@aiskillhub.info with your account email and payment reference. GST-compliant invoices are available on request for Indian customers.
